Velaz Roofing and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. Services
When requesting a service or estimate from Velaz Roofing, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for notifying Velaz Roofing if your information changes. Mobile Message Service (SMS) Terms
This section outlines the terms applicable to our mobile messaging program.
Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive automated text messages, both transactional (related to your project) and marketing-related, at the phone number provided. You understand that consenting to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the SMS program at any time. To cancel, text the word STOP to our number. You will receive a confirmation text of your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to you.

This would be done to carry out the transaction, provided that such a third party agrees to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
TCPA Concent
Velaz Roofing LLC will be collecting opt-ins verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide their phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications, and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that ‘Message and data rates may apply’, ‘Message frequency may vary’, and they can ‘text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe, at any time and no further messages will be sent.’ They will also be informed that their information will not be shared with third parties.
